Instead, you have start gradually, maybe with a walk or jog– especially if you haven’t exercised in recent weeks or months. From there you can build up to a run and more intense workouts such as kettlebells or weightlifting.
When it comes to eating, create and follow a healthy eating pattern. It doesn’t have to be overly complicated or strict. To make things easy, think – lean, clean and green! Avoid processed foods, excess carbohydrates and sugar. Feed your body lean proteins, vegetables, fruits, grains and drink plenty of water.
